How to submit an Event Request Form
This article explains how to submit Event Request Forms, including how to update a Request you have already submitted.
How to access
To access an Event Request Form, go to the URL provided by your Workspace Admin.
Depending on how your Admin has set it up, you may be asked to authenticate with SSO.
Alternatively, if your Admin has linked an Events Calendar to a Request Form, you can click the blue Request an Event button at the top left of the Calendar.
How to submit
Simply follow the form instructions and answer the questions to submit the form.
If you need clarification on any of the questions, please reach out to your Workspace Admin.
How to update an Event Request that you've already submitted
After submitting an Event Request, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to update your submission as necessary.
What happens next?
The Reviewers will review your Request and get back to you with any follow-up questions or a decision on moving forward.
